About ABENA for Business
Private purchases can be made very easily on our online webshop www.abenaonline.co.uk or by contacting our Customer Services team on 024 7685 4800. Payments can be made by credit or debit card.
Ordering
Setting up a trade account with Abena UK is very easy. Simply contact our customer services team at customerservices@abena.co.uk, and they will direct you to your nearest sales contact. Our sales team will be happy to facilitate setting up an account for you. It is also possible to place orders by proforma.
Abena UK see our customers as a partnership, and we are happy to work on all opportunities with you. Please do not hesitate to discuss your business’s route to markets with your sales contact.
Our minimum order value is £500, which includes free-of-charge delivery. If your order is under £500, we are happy to process your order with the below conditions: Up to 9 cases: £5 plus VAT per case delivery charge. 10+ cases (pallet delivery): £36 plus VAT delivery charge (Pallets are charged at £10 per pallet regardless of MOV spend)
Our minimum order quantity is by case quantity unless otherwise stated on our price list. If you require a copy of our price list, please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team at customerservices@abena.co.uk
Shipping and Payment
Our standard delivery time is between 5-7 days.
Small orders will be sent by national carrier (DPD or TNT). Pallet deliveries are made by either FullForce or for larger orders our own delivery driver Sean.
Business customers can pay by proforma invoice or you can request a business account by completing an account application form. Please contact your account manager or our customer service team on customerservices@abena.co.uk
Yes, absolutely. Please contact our customer service team at customerservices@abena.co.uk with your order, and they will be happy to process your order. The order will be released once we have confirmed the receipt of the payment.
Product details
Abena UK has a dedicated media centre available for our customers to use. Please speak with your sales contact and they will be happy to help gain access. Once you have access, you can easily download all information relating to our products.
We have a dedicated Nurse Advisor Team, who are very passionate about Abena, our products and the difference they can make to users. Our Nurses specialise in training your teams to understand how the products work and overcoming challenges and can also work with your care home customers directly to ensure they are using Abena products in the most effective way. Outside of our medical product ranges, our sales and products teams will be happy to support you and your team on our extensive range of products available.
